The Sutton Place Declaration of Covenants is a carefully considered and researched document that has been written to maintain the architectural integrity of this distinctive community. The exterior of each Sutton Place home will be brick or stone. Architectural accents may be created with cedar or James Hardie Siding Products. A two-story home in Sutton Place must be a minimum of 4,000 square feet (3,500 square feet with a 1st floor master bedroom) and a ranch home must be at least 3,000 square feet. All homes in Sutton Place must include a minimum of a three-car garage.
